The breakfast was a letdown (i love a good breakfast buffet!). the selection seemed limited, and the food wasn't always very warm. also, the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was inconvenient. I really missed having a morning coffee without having to go downstairs.

the hotel location was central, so it was easy to find everything. there was plenty of space in the entrance and lobby. breakfast had a good selection, the fruit was particularly fresh.
The receptionist was quite unhelpful. I asked about laundry service, but she advised me to use services outside of the hotel.
